Started design work in late December during vacation for CFA Midwest Regions second annual virtual photo contest – For the Love of Cats! The request from our VCC committee chair was to use a cat being loved by a child and then morph the graphics for the website using pinks and reds with a Valentine theme. I found several free online photos with little girls with their cats. Also, one of the cat conformation classes was Seeing Red. We both liked one photo which was a red-headed little girl that actually looked like my sister Siobhan when she was a child. One of the other ideas I had was to use some valentines for Instagram and Facebook ads by one of the other committee members who does our marketing online.

And Bandanas of Course…..
The bandanas I made were for the fun classes for the contest. They are made of cotton fabric the pink side is hearts and the blue side has pink dragonflies with a dark hot pink over-stich so it will wear well. Our model on the left is Keiko who was fine with demoing the bandana for at least 5 mins.
